NO we don't charge for delivery fees .

What if I lost something ?
It's rare to happen but if so , please be in touch with our support team within 24 hours and will do our best to solve your issue following our - terms and conditions - guideline .

When do I receive my Laundry ?
Right after 24 hours .

Is it possible to wash off ink ?
It can be done , we are using the latest washing technology to give you the best laundry experience but in some cases ink cant be removed .

How does the pick up work ?
Our professional drivers will prepare a 1 time use bag for your dirty cloth .

Do you accept cash ?
We are sorry , we only accept Mada, Visa , mastercard and STC pay .

What are the pickup and delivery times ?
We are happy to serve you between 9 AM - 9 PM .

Do I have to sort my cloth before pick up ( color - white ) ?
Don't bother yourself, we will take care of it.

Can I use Carely services in Jeddah ?
At the moment, we’re only serving in Riyadh.

Is my laundry gonna be shared with other laundry during washing process ?
Of Course not , it will be wash separately .

Is there minimum charge ?
There will be minimum charge 50 SAR per order .
